2001 Dodge Dakota SLT Quad Cab 4.7 V8 Engine. I bought the truck new in 2001 and it was daily transportation until 2016 when I got a new truck. The truck has always been garage kept and serviced. It has a new set of Michelin tires on it with only about 1500 miles on them. The truck needs a new engine (I think), I've always kept it serviced but at around 250,000 miles it developed a faint ticking noise in the engine. I had the truck detailed and parked it in my warehouse at 284,000 miles and it sat for about a year before I started it up again. When I did start it up again the noise in the engine is considerably louder. Everything else on the truck works great. The truck is loaded with leather seats, cruise, tilt, power windows, locks, towing package, tinted windows. I always used rubber mats so the original carpet mats are brand new. The only body damage is shown in the left front photo - a dent under the turning light. I've considered putting another engine in the truck but since I don't really need it, decided to sell it. I recently installed a new battery.If you're handy with a wrench this could be a great opportunity for you.
