Up for auction is my 1980 BMW R100 with "S" fairing. I purchased the bike in 2006 from the original owner in Connecticut. At that time the bike had 22,028 original miles. The bike now has 29,990 original miles and is 38 years old. Aside from the tires, battery, handle bar & bar end mirrors, K&N air cleaner, BMW "S" type fairing and BMW oil cooler, the bike is all original down to the paint. Bike has been stored in a heated garage and meticulously maintained every year with fresh Mobil 1 synthetic lubricants and genuine BMW oil filters. Recent maintenance included engine oil & filter, transmission oil and drive line lubricants replaced, drive line splines lubricated and front fork oil & seals replaced.
