This is an excellent driving 1971 ss Nova.The 396 is a real 1971 402 and 4 speed Muncie transmission.A 12 bolt rear with 4.11 gears and a positrac to lay serious rubber,if that is your thing.Frame rails are tied and it has leaf springs with traction bars(old school).Although the car has restored I would not call the paint job perfect, it has some small spots that show if you look close.Fender wells were widened and trunk pan replaced. The body looks excellent underneath.The interior is very good with new Pacar seats,carpet,door panels.Car needs weather strip around doors and trunk and a good radio installed.The engine is very strong with 10 to 1 compression and uses pump gas.I hate to sell but can use money for other projects.If you would like to look at car give me a call.
