*1987 NISSAN 300ZX GS Coupe* *For Sale By Original Owner* * NO RESERVE! * Before you and offered at NO RESERVE is my 1987 Nissan 300ZX GS coupe. The particulars of the 300zx are the following: * One owner purchased new here in Tampa. The car was leased for 5 years. Upon lease conclusion, the car was purchased off lease as it had only 42K miles at that time. * 104K actual miles, still on its 1992 title after the lease purchase, with actual mileage noted. * GS trim level, normally aspirated, (non-turbo) * 3.0 liter V6, these are venerable Nissan engines used extensively throughout their line. There are NO annoying drips or leaks. The injector recall was addressed many years ago. 135-148 cylinder compression throughout. At 31 years of age, the 300ZX is in fair to good condition with good potential. Far from being simply a parts car, I am realistic as to the cars value and that is why I'm selling it at NO RESERVE. If you would like to "buy it now", call me. $1200.00 is what it will take. I think this is a fair price for a one owner ZX with relatively low miles. Please have realistic expectations for a 31 year old automobile. In order to be a daily driver, the car should be gone through with fresh fluids, filters, belts, hoses, brake service, etc. The battery is new. The car was last registered in 2012. The car has been started regularly and fuel was added periodically so as to not become stale. You are bidding to purchase the 300ZX, not to be the first to look at it. Thank you. The car and I are presently located in S. Florida. Transportation and/or delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer. I own a HODGES transport and will be taking it to Colorado upon sale of the 300ZX. Delivery is possible for reasonable fees. While I will deviate some what from my route, I do not desire to go in the direction of Maine or Oregon. The car and the title to the car will not be released until the car has been paid for in full. Upon receipt of payment in full, I will overnight the title and bill of sale paperwork to the new owner. If you are to arrive and trailer the car for yourself, I will offer the option of hand delivering these documents to you upon your arrival. * A $500.00 initial payment is due and payable within 24 hours of auction close via PayPal, NO exceptions. I have selected pictures that best present a concise overview of the car. * Automatic transmission * Full power: windows, mirrors, locks, all operable * Cruise control, operable * AC equipped, it is not blowing cold. * T-top car, no leaks includes the shades and storage bags * The upholstery is decent, no holes, seam separations, or burns * All gaskets and weather stripping are soft and pliable * The original stereo was replaced with a PIONEER AM/FM/CD unit, it plays. The antenna retracts though not with power. The paint is mostly original to the car, though faded. All body panels are original. The body is straight albeit with minor dings and scratches. The car was backed into by a neighbor early in its life at the left rear corner. Though not serious, time has revealed this repair to have been inadequate with the light not being properly sealed thus resulting in the rust damage visible in the picture. It is minor. * The dash is in nice condition, NO cracks. The center console lid is poor. * All glass is good, no cracks or chips. * All 4 alloy wheels and center caps are in good condition, no curb rash to the wheels. The tires are fair. * Original jack, chocks, tire tool, space saver spare and inflation canister. * Original owners manual, warranty book and miscellaneous papers and operational pamphlets. * The front hood supports do not hold the hood up, the hatch cartridges do hold.
