The particulars of the BMW are as follows: * One family owned, senior lady Naples, Florida car for almost 22 years. She then bequeathed the car to her granddaughter in January of 2017. * Purchased new from GERMAIN BMW in Naples, always properly maintained, 11 referenced service records. * Garaged and pampered, non-smoker, no pets * CARFAX certified (in hand) NO accident history. The report also corroborates the ownership, service history and mileage. * All factory VIN decals are present * ONLY 59,582 actual miles! Noted as such on the title. * 90% factory original paint which still presents with a very deep reflection (see pics) * Very clean automobile throughout including an immaculate engine compartment. * 2.8 liter inline 6 cylinder engine. Starts right up and holds a smooth idle. There are NO annoying drips or leaks. It runs as one would fully expect from a well cared for 60K mile BMW. * Excellent performance with very good fuel efficiency * Automatic transmission, smooth throughout all shifts and into reverse * Emergency brake holds firm * ICE COLD AC! * Automatic climate control, excellent heat/defrost, ventilation ducts are all intact * Full power: windows, mirrors and locks, all are fully operational * Cruise control, fully operational * Leather interior, the driver side is showing some age appropriate wear, the passenger side does not. The rear seat was seldom sat upon and looks nice. (see pics) * Both front seats are power and fully operational * The fabric convertible top is approximately only one year old. It is power, however, it is temperamental. The top easily lowers and raises manually in under 20 seconds, and does not require two people to do so. * Factory BMW AM/FM/Cassette stereo, plays fine and the speakers are not distorted. * Nice dash, NO cracks * Nice carpet, NO stains or heel wear, original BMW floor mats front and rear * All 4 alloy wheels are in very good shape with only light scratches and sun fade. * All 4 tires have very good tread wear (approx. 60%) remaining. * All glass is in very good condition, NO windshield cracks. * All gaskets and weather stripping is soft and pliable * Both front door panels experienced the shrinking and subsequent pulling away of the vinyl. This is the only detractor to the interior. The panels were repaired and look decent. * Nice leather wrapped steering wheel, NO wear. * With exception to the aforementioned power top aspect, ALL safety and convenience features are fully operational. * Original spare, jack and tire tool as well as the full BMW fold down tool set. * Full set of owners manuals and miscellaneous operational pamphlets * Two BMW keys, one master and one valet * Nice clear lights, NO haze Recent service included fresh fluids, filters, belts, hoses, brake service, battery and tire rotation. While not perfect, at 23 model years of age, my 328ic is in excellent condition. It is a testament to the pampered Florida life it was provided. No IRMA exposure, the car has always been garaged when not in use. You are bidding to purchase the BMW, not to be the first to "look at it". Thank you. AUTOCHECK ascribes a very high score of 68. AUTOCHECK considers average scores for these cars to fall into the 22-43 range. Others presently offered on eBay are in the 12-20 range. The 328i can be purchased for $5500 with the delivery aspect referenced within the listing still being possible. The report indicates 3 owners, when in fact it was 2. The car was initially leased and the leasing company is regarded as the first owner. The car was purchased off lease.
