We are Midnite Motor Classics  of Margate, Florida, and we've been in business in South Florida since 1991. We  began selling vehicles online in April of 2002 and have sold clean, quality used  vehicles to numerous eBay motors customers. We sell all kinds of vehicles, but  we specialize in low mileage, Florida cars in very good to excellent condition.  Florida has a large senior and "snowbird" population - people who don't do a lot  of driving. This is the top-of-the-line Vanden Plas model, and it comes  LOADED with comfort and convenience features including finely tailored  soft-grain leather seats and beautiful hand-rubbed veneers. The paint is a medium  Beige  metallic color called "Topaz".   It looks fantastic on this car. It shines all around - no paint fade anywhere. There is NO PAINT WORK on this car. Exterior features include  alloy wheels, chrome mirror caps and fog lamps. This car is in very impressive condition for a 2002 model, but its not perfect.  There are a few minor dings on the car, and one noteworthy ding at the  left front corner. This minor damage is the result of an accident in 2003, and  it is listed on the Carfax. You can see the Carfax at the end of the photo gallery. This Vanden Plas also has rear parking sensors. The interior is clean, and  in outstanding shape, obviously a reflection of the low mileage on the car.  The leather seats have no holes or tears, and the carpets, dash, and door panels are  all very nice. Both front seats have power controls with lumbar. The  driver's seat has memory. Both front seats are also heated. The rear seat is clean, roomy and comfortable. Rear passengers have wooden fold-down picnic tables, There are also rear A/CD vents and the rear seats are individually heated. This Vanden Plas has a long list luxury and  convenience features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; Remote entry;   Cruise control; auto air  conditioning; Rear defrost, and much, much more. Safety features include a dual air bags, front side  air bags, anti-lock brakes and traction/stability control. The wood trim all looks fantastic. There is an Alpine AM/FM/Cassette stereo with  steering wheel controls, plus a CD changer in the trunk. Other features include a power tilt / telescopic wheel, a programmable  gate/garage opener and an auto-dim rearview mirror. There is also a power sunroof. The books and original window sticker are with the car. The trunk is clean and large. The 4.0 liter V8 is rated at 290  hp and 290 lb-ft of torque. It runs strong and very smooth. With just 82,563 miles on it, this motor has a  long life ahead of it. This car runs and drives just like a fine luxury car is supposed to - rock solid  and melted-butter smooth. The Michelin tires have plenty of tread remaining. Current miles are 82,563 This car may be driven, so mileage could be higher by the time the auction is  over. We do not reveal reserve price amounts, so please  don't ask. We prefer to see all auctions  through to the end in order to get the best price for a vehicle. We are a dealer  however, and all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the  right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We  reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed  back. Payment and Fees We will add a $249 dealer prep  charge to the final bid price. This is  to cover the cost of vehicle cleaning, phone calls, Fed-Exing of packages and  other document handling costs. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of  the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee.   You may pay the purchase price in cash, with a  cashiers or certified check or wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards for  full purchase price. If you are the winner, a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours  of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can  be sent or car is picked up. Paypal will be accepted  for the $500 deposit only. If these forms of payment are not acceptable,  please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days  thereafter. If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay applicable sales tax  and registration fees.
