NO ZERO (0) FEEDBACK BIDDERS .This is a complete running and driving car . it is an original 1961 Convertible with power windows , power steering and power brakes . It has a power top that has NOT worked since 1981 and has been manually raised and lowered since then.The power windows are all working , all lights , turn signals , wipers , horn , all working . The wheels are the original K-H ( Kelsey Hayes ) wire wheels ( as I was told ) and the tires are probably well over 30 years old ( NON radials ) but do roll well and hold are with good tread. The top is shot and rear window is shot , as stated it does NOT work . The body has a few small spots of rust along the hood where the front bird is , and lower rear front quarter panel just starting , doors are very nice as well as the rockers , floors , underside is very solid . It has the 390 FE series motor and runs , has a typical FE exhaust leak coming from the exhaust manifold on drivers side . It does go down the road pretty well as it is but fuel is old ( I am in the process of getting it to run smother with adding new fuel as I run it daily and run the level down . Interior is original and although not worn out it is well worn , cracks in dash and tops of door panels . The original radio was replaced with a circa 80's radio ( shaft direct fir specific to Thunderbird ) but the original AM radio is included .Overall still a looker and I honestly do not think it needs much in body panel replacement , just a minor tlc with this car and you can drive it as it is , the speedometer , odometer are working as well .This is a NO RESERVE auction , feel free to make an offer , please do NOT ask how much I want , make me an offer .I can be reached at 516-467-6890 for any further questions , I have the missing passenger side lower wheel skirt , just have not figured how to install it .
