Vehicle Detail

This is my daily grinder 2000 Honda Civic EX Sedan 1.6L 4cyl for the last 8-9 years. This is used to be my wife's car until she got another car from her mom. I traveled back and forth from work around daily 20miles + another 30 miles for a side job on Saturday weekly. It has served me well until I was able to get another vehicle recently (Toyota Avalon). Please read carefully before buying. This is SOLD AS-IS. No refund. I try to be as accurate as possible in providing you the details so you know exact what's going with the car. The cosmetic are in the pictures so that worth thousand words. Color is Teal. Mechanical(issue highlighted in red): It has nearly 147,000 mile on itIt has 2017 New York State inspection sticker on itStarts up right away without struggling, even in cold 0-20 degree weather in NYIdle is smooth and no roughness at about 700rpmWarm up quicklyEngine revs good and responsiveTransmission lever slide up and down smooth(recently replaced transmission shift cable)Exhaust is good and quite (does have patches)New brake rotors front and rear with new brake pads from PowerStop Slot & Drill kit - 2016New battery from Interstate - Replaced in 2016New alternator - Replaced in 2016Tires are about 5/32 leftNew set of front wheel bearings New NGK spark plugs wires with NGK spark plugs - helps get rid of sluggish at hill climbCheck engine light is on - error - Code P1457 - Lean: - Changed out Charcoal Canister, Solenoid valve and still doesn't fix the code. It comes back randomly from 20 miles to 50 miles after resetting the light. I passed inspection when it didn't come back around 25 miles. Transmission shifts - but jerk hard from Park to Gear 1, Gear 1-to-2 - some said internal spring. I changed out the solenoids, Honda transmission fluid and still doesn't go away. It doesn't seem to get worst after a year driving like that. AC doesn't work - recharged and works for 1-2 months then it's gone - must be small leaksHeat works fine in the winterPower windows works fine and a bit sluggish at timesAll lights and signals workWindshield wiper worksNo radio, nor interface to the aftermarket radio - lost it from the moveStill got good gas mileageAutomatic doors still works Cosmetic:Rust on the hoodRust on the rear wheel wellRust on the door bottom rimsRust spots on the door panelsDoor lock knob driver side is partially missingRust underneath the car here and there (NY winter - expected)Seats are in good conditionFloormats and carpets do have stains from daily grind and winter seasonsAll lights are functional - Cabin and exterior headlights, signals, backup lights, etc.
