Back-up for sale. My apologies for those who bid before and were watching. My mother passed away and I just couldn't take the time to answer the questions and deal with a transfer at the time. I took the reserve off as I just need to move the truck at this point and feel it will get what I need based upon the last auction before I pulled it. A few questions I had received: 1. It is a short wheel-base2. I don't know the history on the truck. I do not know if it has been wrecked. I have looked at the frame and don't see any evidence. I know the truck was repainted at some point. The vin # is not on the door. I am not sure where else to look. 3. I looked at the where the front frame mounts to the cab and it looks very good. I don't see any rust through. I can get some photos if wanted. Here is the original listing. For sale is my 1971 Ford F100. I bought this with great plans of a Coyote motor and a ton of other stuff to really make a nice truck. I bought it because it was the perfect starting platform. There is minimal to no surface rust on the frame. It is completely stock except for the one wire alternator I installed. I believe the truck was somewhat restored at some point based upon the condition of the paint and interior. I don't know the full history of the truck. I bought from an individual who purchased it from an older gentleman who used to use it to tow his flat bottom bass boat back and forth to the lake. It apparently sat for several years before he sold it. It was stated the odometer is original and the mileage is accurate at 52000 miles. It drives great, doesn't smoke and after a couple pumps of the gas pedal it starts right up. It has a 3 speed on the tree manual transmission. I will ship at the purchasers expense and them figuring out the details. $500 deposit is required within 24 hours.
