1965 Lincoln Continental Convertible In Running And Driving Condition. 43,229 Miles. Just brought back to running condition after sitting for 20+ Years Under Blankets / Covers in Central Florida. The Vehicle is Far from perfect however is Very much intact, and what we would consider to be a Very Solid, Great Restoration Candidate. There is Hardly any rust on the The Floor Pans, Trunk Pan, And Throughout the rest of the Vehicle, besides some Surface rust bubbles around the Trunk Lid and other area's. (See Photos) We Purchased this car a few months back, We Installed a New Gas Tank, A Battery, Spark Plugs, Points, Wires, Distributor Cap, Condenser, Radiator Hoses, Fuel Lines, Brake Lines, Master Cylinder, And We got the car running, And Very Well at that. The Drivetrain Is Numbers Matching to the Vehicle. The Engine Runs and Sounds Excellent, Transmission Shifts Well. Brakes Work, However the Brake Booster will need to be rebuilt (Could not find one local) The Power Top Works, May Need "Unlock Solenoid" As we have to unlock top manually to open and close. Tires are weathered, All Hubcaps in Nice Shape. Spare Tire and cover in trunk. Power Antenna Working. Turn Signals Working, Headlights working, Brake lights working, Additional Common Problems include Window Switches Work sometimes, Clock Works Sometimes, etc. Rip in Top, Needs Paint, Some Dings on chrome, Small Crack in front Windshield...
