1967 Volvo 1800S. Chassis number 23538. 2 owner car. 2nd owner purchased in 2011. Originally purchased in New York and fitted with Desmo Continental 166 Convex Boomerang side view mirrors. The owner took delivery of the car in London for the couples honeymoon. After the honeymoon the car was then shipped back as a used car to the States. Car spent some years in New York and then Tennesee. The original owner last last lived in Kentucky before it was sold in 2011 to a family friend in Georgia. The car has a fair amount of history and most service records up until the late 80s are included with the purchase. Runs and shifts good in all gears. Overdrive works. There is whine at certain speeds. I was told it is something with the fresh air vent. Car has been driven short trips but not tested for longer travel. All gauges work besides oil temperature. I'm not sure if the clock works. The jacking points are rusted and need to be fixed as you can see. Floors are nice and solid. I've tried to picture all rust areas. The brakes work. The tires are in good shape and almost new. Open Clear title in second owners name. I purchased the car in January of this year.Contact me if you have any questions or additional pictures.
