2006 Land Rover LR3, Silver with Black interior, V8. 139700 miles. The vehicle runs and drives terrific, but does have two somewhat minor issues which I want to be up front about. The first is strictly cosmetic. About two years ago a tree limb fell in our driveway and landed partially on top of the vehicle. It left a couple of fair sized dents on the top of the roof (these are hardly visible from the ground/standing), and two or three very small dents on the side of the vehicle. Also, the panoramic glass roof was cracked on the outside only, it does not leak, but some cracks in the glass are slightly noticeable from the inside backseat sunroof. However, the vehicle has sunshades on all three sunroofs, and that mostly hides the cracked glass. See photos. The second issue is electrical, however it’s an intermittent problem. Like I said, it does run and drive great and this does not affect the drivability, but every once and a while the dash will read “Vehicle Fault” and the radio and climate control will shut off for anywhere from a few seconds to a minute or so. It runs fine during this, it’s just a minor inconvenience and I have not been able to pinpoint the root cause. It’s also completely random, some days it will not happen at all, and other days it may do it a few times during that day. Other than that, it’s a terrific vehicle. The LR3 is all wheel drive with Land Rover’s Terrain Response System, Air Suspension that can raise and lower the vehicle, black leather interior in very good condition! Heated front and mid-row seats. Third row seats. All middle and third row seat fold down flat into the floor for very large cargo room. Front sunroof and panoramic roof in the rear (basically three sunroofs with sunshades). Dual climate control and separate climate controls for the rear. Heated windshield. Harmon Kardon stereo with 6 disc changer and satellite radio. All new brakes within the last six months including new front calipers. Tires in good condition.
