Thanks for looking. This 71 Chevelle Malibu started off to be a SS clone then interests turned more to the drag strip. To be driven on the street easier, it needs mufflers and drag springs replaced. However, with only two trips to the track, all the parts except exterior paint and some interior have been replaced in the last 5 years. It has a built 14:1 compression, 4 bolt main, 383 stroker with forged Callies crank, Bill Miller forged rods and Pistons, solid lifer cam, built Chevy bow tie heads, edelbrock victor intake, 950 cfm Holley, hooker competition headers, and more. Engine builder rated it at 600hp. The TH350 has been built up and has trans brake with 4000 stall converter. Rear end is a ford 9" with spool, 4:11 gears, and moser 31 spine axles. Mickey Thompson ET street legal slicks hook up nicely. It has a 6 pt roll bar, 5 pt harness seat belts, and shut off switch on the rear bumper. Suspension is all new with 4 manual disk brakes, a-arms, adjustable shocks, and drags springs. This is a very fun car. I have just lost time and interest with a growing family.
