Vehicle Detail
I'll tell you What I know. This was my Brother-in-law's car. He owned for 20+ years. Before he bought this car it was a drag car. Use to run in North Eastern Ohio. My Brother in law never raced this car. He drove it on the street. It is wickedly fast. It's been in storage for last 6 years. In a clean dry garage. I believe it's always been garage kept. My brother in law died 6 months ago. So I bought it off my sister to sell. I removed from storage then trailered to Georgia. The engine starts right up a runs like new. This is a high performance built motor but I cant tell you all that has been done. When you hear it run it loops like it has a healthy Cam shaft. Deep oil pan. Its a 351 Cleveland, Not sure about the trans, C-4 or C-5 trans with B&M shifter with shift light. Line lock. New Holly Carburetor. Lots of extra parts including 2 sets Cragar wheels. The fronts that are on the car are real split rims drag wheels from the 70's. I rebuilt the 2 front brake wheel cylinders. So it does have brakes and the car can be driven. Overall the car is in good condition. Needs some basic TLC, Tires like new. The original interior is in great shape. I don't believe the car was ever driven when it was new. It looks like it was turned into a drag car right off the show room floor. It has electric water pump and fan. Everything seems to work. I'm sure you will have question. Give me a call I'll do my best to answer. 423-309-6541 I'm willing to send specific pictures of what you want to see or will face time. The car is not perfect but it's not bad for being 46 years old unrestored, The paint is pealing in some areas. I would say most of the paint is original. Set of wheelie bars included. Pretty cool project for the right person. Has a clear Georgia title. Thanks for looking. Jim
