I am putting up for sale my very nice and clean Rover. I've owned this car for about 12 years and it has been used by me for business use. It's been a good reliable rig and I still drive it regularly, so the mileage will be somewhat higher than stated. The interior is in very nice condition, no tears or rips, the headliner was replaced about two years ago. This car has all-new brakes less than one year ago and less than 1,500 miles on them. The transmission was rebuilt at about 90,000 miles, tires are at about 60% tread life. The heater O-rings have been replaced. The air suspension works properly, goes up, down, no faults. The HVAC systems works properly, hot heat, cold air. On occasion the test book light comes on, but if the car is shut off and restarted it goes away, my guess is that one of the air doors sticks sometimes. I have only one key and the manuals are with the car. It runs, drives and stops well. It has been serviced regularly and as needed, I don't hesitate to drive it in any way. Please realize though, this is an 18 year old rig, and it is really great for its age, it isn't new. I require a $500 deposit within 24 hours and balance of the funds in three days. I am happy to assist with shipping, or if you want to come in and drive it home, I can meet you at the airport. I will need to have the car shipped within 20 days of auction end.
