Up for auction is a 1974 Plymouth Duster. The vehicle does need attention, primarily body work / paint. The vehicle is mechanically sound and the engine runs very well as does the car itself. Unfortunately, I don't have much history on the vehicle, but I do believe the 318 engine is original to the car (appears very solid). The automatic transmission shifts fine without issue. I installed new brakes and drums on the rear (fronts appear newer and in great condition - car has front disk and rear drum). I recently acquired the vehicle from Kentucky. The reason I am looking to part with the vehicle is because I am not able to do the body work / paint necessary to make this car solid. The photos look better than the actual car. The interior also needs some attention, but is in OK condition. The frame rails appear to be OK, but there has been a lot of patchwork done to the metal on this vehicle. A nice car for someone who can take care of the body. (I strongly encourage an inspection of the vehicle prior to bidding).I have a set of (4) Keystone Classic rims that were on the car when I attained it; these rims can be purchased with or without the car (very nice old school wheels with new Keystone Classic center caps, new chrome valve stems - rims were sandblasted to bare metal, primed and painted - (2) rims are 14 x 6, and (2) are 14 x 7, uni-lug wheels). purchaser can have choice of wheels. I would definitely entertain trading the car for another vehicle (possibly a convertible or older school vehicle).
