My background: I have an Associates degree from Ferris State University in automotive service and a Bachelors degree in automotive and heavy equipment management. I'm a Michigan State certified mechanic. I have 34 years of experience in the automotive repair and restoration field. I owned and operated a Pennzoil 10 minute oil change center as well as a used car lot at the same location for 18 years. I built a much larger used car lot at a new location in Perry Mi. I inspect all of my vehicles from head to toe. I will fix any and all issues (if needed) on these vehicles before they are sold on my lot. I only sell issue free vehicles. I try very hard to only sell "1" owner vehicles in perfect shape needing nothing but a driver. He did a lot of driving from his condo in Jackson Mi. to his Cottage in Tawas Mi. Every 4 years he orders a new Ford escape and I buy and sell his old one. No rust ever!!! NO ACCIDENTS---Last winter he slid into the back of another car at a stop sign and left a very small mark on the front bumper cover (its still there). While talking to the husband, who found no damage on their car, (he was leaving) his wife called the cops they showed up and wrote an accident report. Again there wasn't anything to fix still has small mark on the cover. I'm not sure it will even show up on a carfax. This escape is mint condition inside and out!! The engine is a 2.0L ecoboost with an automatic transmission. Has newer brakes, newer tires, tune-up and all fluids have been flushed. Escape is fully loaded with everything working mechanically as it should. Fully inspected and is as nice as you will find anywhere. This SUV runs, shifts, drives and stops like new. Interior is in Excellent shape he was a non smoker. Exterior is in excellent shape. The paint still shines like new. Won't last long these Escapes never do!!
