1974 CADILLAC FLEETWOOD LIMOUSINE - VERY RARE - VERY LOW RESERVE They only made 895 Fleetwood Series 75 Limousines in 1974, and this is one of them!These Cadillac Limo's are becoming highly collectible and hard to find. This is a TWO OWNER car and was purchased in 1976. It is still owned by the same owner! It has the 472 cu. in., 4bbl V8 mated with a Turbo 400 automatic transmission. The car hasn't been on the road since 2006. The owner has asked me to get the car running and make a list of what it needs. I did not get the car running yet. The motor is not seized. I'm just not getting any spark. I'm sure the points, condenser, cap and rotor need to be replaced. I did install a brand new battery in it last week. The power seats operate and the power windows work but very slow. The floor pans are still solid. The interior is still in decent shape. It just needs a major cleaning up. The A/C compressor and system will need to be gone through and serviced. I haven't been able to open the trunk yet, it's been so cold here and I afraid it's stuck. I don't want to break the lock mechanism. There's no doubt that this Fleetwood will need a complete restoration to bring it back to the way it looked in 1974. But the new owner can go as far as they want to make this rare Limo look the way they want to. Like I said, they only produced 895 of these Limo's and you just don't see them on the road. This would make a great project car to put a little money into it and make a nice return on their investment. I have the original owner's manual and some receipts that go along with the sale. The owner of this Fleetwood Limo is also selling a 1975 Chevrolet Caprice Classic Convertible that he purchased new and a 1972 Pontiac Catalina Convertible that he also purchased new.
