IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, YOU MUST CALL DAVEY (240-382-9854) AT THE END OF THE AUCTION, AND CALL ME TO SETUP PAYMENT AND PICKUP (DAVEY - 240-382-9854).  WE CAN PROVIDE A FREE AUTOCHECK HISTORY REPORT UPON REQUEST!      YOU ARE BIDDING ON A 2000 VOLKSWAGEN BEETLE GLS TDI (TURBO DIESEL) WITH A 5 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION.  THIS DIESEL VOLKSWAGEN HAS BEEN ROAD TESTED, AND STARTS, RUNS, AND DRIVES WELL, WITH NO KNOWN MECHANICAL PROBLEMS.  A NEW BATTERY HAS JUST BEEN INSTALLED!  THE ENGINE RUNS STRONG.  THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS SMOOTH AND CLUTCH DOES NOT SLIP.  THE TIRES ARE IN FAIR CONDITION - THEY ARE DRY ROTTED.  THE BRAKES STOP WELL.  AS CAN BE SEEN IN THE PICTURES, THE PAINT IS HEAVILY FADED ON BOTH REAR QUARTERPANELS AND THE ROOF.    THE DRIVER DOOR LOCK WORKS PROPERLY, A TRIM PEICE IS MISSING (SEE PICTURE).  THERE ARE DOZENS OF PAINT CHIPS ON THE HOOD AND FRONT BUMPER.   THE TRUNK DOES NOT LATCH AT ALL!     THERE ARE PAINT IMPERFECTIONS/ FADING ON THE TRUNK AS WELL.  THE INTERIOR HAS VARIOUS TRIM ISSUES/IMPERFECTIONS. THE HEADLINER HAS COLLAPSED AND WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED.  BOTH INNER DOOR PANELS HAVE LEATHER THAT IS FALLING OFF.  THE PASSENGER MIRROR GLASS IS CRACKED.  PLEASE NOTE, THE CAR IS MISSING THREE HEADRESTS!   THE DRIVER'S SEAT FABRIC HAS SEVERAL TEARS.      PLEASE LOOK AT ALL THE PICTURES , WE HAVE HAD OUTSIDE AND INSIDE PHOTOS TAKEN.  THIS BEETLE HAS BEEN FRESHLY DETAILED AND WAXED!        PLEASE REMEMBER, YOU ARE BIDDING ON A USED CAR!   LIKE ANY OTHER CAR ON THE ROAD, THERE ARE GOING TO BE SOME SCRATCHES AND SMALL DINGS.
