2005 BMW R1200RT Excellent condition! No reserve!! Runs like new. Always garage kept. Miles are mostly highway. Front and rear tires in great condition. Rear tire was new about 500 miles ago. Oil changed every 3k to 5k miles max like clock work. Ready to ride cross country NOW! Good amount after market parts. I have the hard factory color matched top & side bags too in great condition as shown in the pictures. Also have the stock exhaust. Many examples of R/RTs going 100s of thousands of miles. Answer:This was done custom with professional vinyl wrap. I really like it, but it would be easy to take off if someone wanted to. The paint is unharmed underneath. While it will be durable while left on, it's not top-coated with clear paint or anything like that. Simply added to set it off from others and push it to the sporty side a little more. It was done with the thought of being consistent with the style the factory does use on other models, and with other after market kits that are available.
