Timing belt was replaced in 2015, but the mileage on the sticker is not legible. Based on repair records, it was done somewhere between 142,000 and 166,000 miles. Earliest the belt would need to be replaced is 232,000 miles if you adhere to the 90k mile interval. Clean title was released by lienholder a few days ago, and title will be in hand in the next week.
