I do not know if this is the original battery or a new one. It charges all the way up to complete. The assist function and charge works as they should.The 5 speed manual works amazingly! By that I mean, there are no “clunks” or “grinds” associated with the shifting. Many of the 5 speed manuals have the notorious synchro problems on upshifting and or downshifting. This one is completely free of those problems. It shifts effortlessly though all gears.
