AND THEN THE OWNERS WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE CAR BACK BECAUSE THE ACCIDENT WAS NOT THERE FAULT. THIS IS CALLED AN OWNER REFUSAL, AND IT USUALLY HAPPENS AS A LIABILITY CLAIM. NORTH CAROLINA REBUILT TITLE IN MY NAME. Please note there are NO scratches, dings or dents in this car. The front bumper at the very bottom has two imperfections from a parking lot curb but isn't visible unless you get on your knees and look. I have included a picture.
