Vehicle Detail

2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with a GM 5.3 LC9 all aluminum engine and 6 speed automatic. The engine and transmission are out of a 2011 silverado that had 40k miles on it when it was wrecked. I have put about 3000 miles on it since the conversion and one off road trip and everything works well. The conversion was done using the motech conversion package. Everything on the dash works just like it should from the factory and it has ice cold air conditioning and the cruise control works perfectly. It has the tapshift feature for manual shifting and it comes with the autocal module for tuning it with efi live and it has the thick aluminum radiator that is made for the v8 conversion. It has a 4.5 inch Rock Krawler long arm suspension and Fox remote reservoir shocks. The tires are 37 x 12.5 Cooper discoverer STT and they have about 1500 miles on them. A matching full size spare wheel and tire is included, but is not mounted on the jeep. The axles were replaced at the same time as the engine conversion and suspension. They were brand new rubicon axles with locking differentials and 4.10 gears from the jeep dealer. It has custom Tom Woods CV driveshafts front and rear. I have a clean New York title for this jeep with no liens. It is registered in NY with the V8 conversion and legally passes the NY state inspection. The body and interior of this jeep are in rough condition. It has never been wrecked but there are many dents and scratches and a small rust spot near the drivers door. I'll include the aftermarket hood and fenders that I have for it, but never had the chance to install. I put this jeep together almost two years ago and I've only taken it off road one time and I hardly ever use it, so I've decided to let it go. From what I've seen, if the body and interior were in good condition this jeep would be in the $40-50k range, but I don't have the time or money to make it pretty. This is probably the cheapest way for someone to get into a V8 wrangler. My starting price is less than the cost of a turn key conversion, and this jeep is complete. The only issue that needs to be addressed for daily driving is the steering stabilizer. I removed the one that was on there because it interfered with steering offroad. The front tires also rub at full lock, so it could use some more back spacing, or wheel spacers, but it does work on and off road as it is. It also does not have a rear sway bar and I think it would also benefit from a good EFI live engine and transmission tune. The autocal module for installing tunes is included with this jeep and already set up with the ecm.
