I am listing my 2004 Ford Escape as a parts / Repairable auto. On August 7th 2017 I had 2 new convertors put on, new sensors, new plugs, coils and pcv which came to over $3,000.00 I drove it less than 200 miles and had an error code that a sensor that was not replaced is now not heating up as fast as is should and is sending an error code which keeps the engine light on. To repair this they wanted another $160.00 dollars and at the time I did not have the money so it was not fixed. I did not drive the car for 3-4 days and when I went to go start it again, it was dead. So I had a friend come over and jump it but we were not able to get any power at all , not even to the dome lights or dash ..... everything has zero power to it. We tested the battery which read 3 volts so we switched out his battery with mine and again, no power at all even though his battery tests new. I called the mechanic and they "think" it could be a relay or fuse or loose ground. They said it would maybe be between 200-400 for them to fix it. I am just done putting more and more money into the car so am listing is as a parts car with some high dollar parts. Prior to having no power, it was driving. Just looking to get back some of the monies I put into it so far. The tires are going to need to be replaced soon.The AC is not working and I was told the compressor was out.
