It is suggested that the winning bidder have the vehicle thoroughly inspected prior to attempting to drive it. The winning bidder is responsible for obtaining all legal documents to drive vehicle. Buyer will need to obtain registration and temporary plates to drive vehicle. If these are not present the buyer will need to have the vehicle towed at their own expense. The winning bidder must have a picture ID at time of pickup or the pickup designee must have picture ID and a notarized letter from winning bidder allowing the designee to pick up vehicle. The notarized letter must contain a copy of the winning bidders driver’s license. The vehicle must be picked up within 3 business days of payment or additional storage fees will be charged at the time of pickup at $25 per day. NOTE: Vehicle MUST be picked up within 10 business days following auction close! Vehicles not retrieved within allotted time will be forfeited, and NO REFUND will be issued on Deposit Amount of $2,000! Vehicle will be released upon seller receipt of Full Payment only. Seller reserves the right to cancel any bids at anytime, except in the case of a 'Buy It Now' purchase. No refunds will be issued to buyers who back out of their purchase after submitting a deposit.
