We no longer need a second car and so are selling our 2004 silver/gray Volkswagon GTI, 2-door, hatchback, with manual transmission. This is a sporty, fun-to-drive car in great shape with very low milage. The black leather interior is comfortable, and the heated seats are great for the winter. The car seats 5, and has a spacious trunk with hatchback. Condition: No major damage. There a few minor scratches on the front and rear bumper, and minor door dings on the side door rails (as pictured). It was primarily used in Texas, and so has only been through a few winters. This car has been in garage storage for 2 years. It was in good working order going into storage, but will likely need some standard maintenance before it can be driven: - battery may need to be replaced (currently car must be jump started)- oil & filter changes- brakes are rusty and will likely need resurfacing Note: This car is sold as is. It has been started up (with a jump) and driven around the block to make sure that it runs. There are no known issues other than those listed. Recent maintenance performed: -Thermostat and ECT sensor replaced - May, 2015-Rear brake pads and rotors - Nov, 2014-New tires (Continental PureContact with EcoPlus Technology, size 225/45HR17) - March, 2014 Terms of sale:Buyer to arrange and pay for pickup, towing or shipment. Car is located in southern New Hampshire. The car is not currently registered and does not have a current state inspection. $200 deposit required via Paypal upon auction close. Full payment due by cashiers check only within 7 days. Cashiers check will be verified by seller via phone or email at least 3 days before pickup. No exceptions.
