Offered here is a very original Honda CL350 manufactured in December of 1971 so it was probably sold as a 1972 model. This is not a garage queen. If one wanted to do a complete cosmetic and mechanical restoration it would be a good candidate. The Good: It has a very nice 1973 tank and side covers (currently on bike) but also include the originals (also seen in pictures) The original mufflers come with the bike but were replaced because one is pretty rusted. The hella horn pictured on the bike with ruby red tank in no longer on the bike. The following items are new or near new and have less than one year of light use on them: Battery, grips, tubes & tires; chain, mirror, spark plugs, brake and clutch levers, battery strap, rear brake shoes, throttle cable, brake pedal, shifter & kick starter rubber, new seat cover-not installed. The rear luggage rack, cylinder head, overhead cam chamber, engine cover, shifter & linkage, and exhaust studs have been replaced by reconditioned parts. There are some extra parts that go with the bike including complete speedo & tach, service manual, owners manual, original horn, tool kit, passenger pegs. The Bad: It has a ding on the rear rim (pictured), one chain adjuster is not great ( replacement is included) and the bars seem to be tweaked. It also just completed a 600 mile trip and It will start by electric or kick, it goes into gear but with the clutch in it wants to pull away and when the clutch is released it stalls out. I tried some cable adjustments but couldn't seem to resolve it. I am sure it is a simple fix(new cable, clutch lifter rod bearing?) but I don't have the time to devote to it. It is a great little bike that just needs some time devoted to it to get it running in tip top shape. All the usual caveats apply here—bike is sold “as-is, where-is” and no warranties either express or implied are given here. I have tried to photograph the cosmetic dings, so look at the pictures carefully. I encourage you to personally inspect this bike if seriously interested. I will cooperate with your shipper if you cannot pick up the bike in person but all charges are buyer’s responsibility. I can store the bike inside (where it has always been under my care) for a reasonable period of time while pickup arrangements are being made by buyer but I require a PAYPAL deposit of $500 within 24 hours of auction closing and full payment within 1 week of auction closing.
