Up for auction is a black 2006 Suzuki DRZ400SM. I am the second owner of this motorcycle and have had it for three years, during which I have put on about 4,000 miles. The oil has been changed every fall (approx. every 1,300 miles) prior to storing the bike over the winter. As far as storage precautions go, I also drained the tank and carburetor to avoid any stale fuel or particulates/residue. Aftermarket parts on the motorcycle include a RSC shorty clutch lever, ASV brake lever, Pingel fuel valve, Moose handguards, K&N air filter, JD carb rejet kit, MRD Z-pro shorty full exhaust system, and manual cam chain tensioner. Also included in the auction are a set of Tusk handguards, stock petcock, stock exhaust, automatic cam chain tensioner, and service manual. This motorcycle runs well, has been maintained and cared for, and would make a great bike for a beginner/novice rider. It is light and nimble, making it perfect for commutes to work (as it gets upwards of 50mpg) and/or fun weekend cruises around town. The front tire still has fair tread, but the rear tire should be replaced prior to riding. I have thoroughly enjoyed this motorcycle and am only selling it because I purchased another and cannot ride two motorcycles at once sadly!
