2008 Dodge Caliber 4dr Hatchback SXT FWD 2.0 I4 CV Black 42,000 miles Up for bid today is Mom’s beautiful, low mileage (under 42,000), 2008 Dodge Caliber SXT. This car is in excellent condition for a 10 year old car. It’s in pretty good shape for a 2 year old car, actually. It has never had any problems and has none now. The car has been in the family since new. I put in a new top line battery last year. Mom literally just drove it to church and back (she’s the secretary). I don’t think a long description will sell it to you better than just looking at the pictures. All I did before the photos were taken is to wash it and give it a quick vacuum. The engine bay is a little dirty, but it has never been cleaned in 9 years. Sue me. The car really IS that nice. This is me being lazy: if you want more factory specs on this car than anyone really needs, other ads can get you there. I’d rather sell the car than try to impress with my cut and paste capabilities. The car has the 2.0 I4 motor with the 2 speed CV transmission. It has the standard SXT level options like the nice CD stereo, the bottle cooler, alloy wheels, power windows/mirrors/locks etc. No leaks, smoke or noises. Original tires at 50%+ tread, rotated less than 1000 miles ago. I have been driving this car a couple months now and found nothing to concern. Took an 8 hour round trip to Dallas last weekend in cold AC, fast traffic and good comfort. This is the perfect student car, commuter or second car that will serve the new owner well. Both key fobs work w/keys. The owner’s manuals/books are in the glove compartment. Car has a 6/18 registration and passed Texas inspection at the same time in case someone is looking in from the Texas outside. This is a no reserve auction. The first bid sells it and the last bid buys it. Looks like the NADA and KBB see the car’s value with these options and very low mileage the same at about $6300 retail. We’ll see. So there you have it. This beautiful, low mileage car is being sold because we just don’t need it. No warranties expressed or implied but I have no reason to deceive about the condition. Take a look at the pictures and ask questions if you have them. High res pictures are available and will custom shoot for the truly interested. Bid high and bid often.
