Vehicle Detail

1970 Dodge Coronet police car clone, this is not an original police car. It was turned into a police car by the small movie car company I got the car from. San Francisco Police did not use 1970 Coronets for their patrol vehicle. As you can see the car needs restoration or it may be worth more in parts than a whole car. If you are restoring a '70 Coronet you know how difficult parts are to find. I have only driven the car around my lot, the engine, transmission and brakes seem good although the transmission has a leak (probably a pan gasket) if it sits for a period of time. The trunk floor has rust, the rest of the car has some normal rust but not bad. The car has a 318 motor, automatic, power steering and factory air conditioning. The car attracts a lot of attention and would be a great business promotion. The car has lien sale papers with it. I went to California DMV and was told the car has about $700 in DMV back fees and when titled will get a California salvage title. DMV was unable to tell me why the car has a salvage title, I would guess it's possibly from coming from a wrecking yard or it may have had a minor wreck but the value of the car is so low. The back fees would only apply in California and I don't know if it would be given a salvage title in other states/countries, check for yourself on transferring the title. Again the car will come with lien sale papers and a bill of sale from me. The miles listed are what shows on the 5 digit odometer, actual miles are unknown. As stated I have not driven the car much and it is not currently registered so don't plan on driving it home. The car is 47 years old so it is obviously sold AS IS. A $500.00 non refundable deposit through paypal is due within 24 hours of the auction end. The balance is due within 7 days of the auction end, payment must be made in the form of cashier's check, bank wire transfer or cash in person. Paypal is NOT acceptable for the balance due. If you can't abide by these terms please don't bid. Any inspections are to be done before the auction end. I'm happy to work with your shipper but all arrangements and costs are the buyer's responsibility. I don't know how much it will cost to ship it to ????. The car can be stored here (outdoors) for up to 21 days to arrange shipping. Zero feedback bidders must contact me prior to bidding or your bid will be cancelled.
