This is an original 1985 380SL that starts, idles, runs, tracks straight and accelerates developing normal power without blowing smoke or making funny noises, rattles or squeaks. I had the ABS redone in 2016 and the A/C blows cold. Original blue paint and hard top come with the car. As you can see from the pictures, the car is relatively rust free with only a few blemishes in the paint veneer which retains most of its original luster. There are age cracks in the leather seats and the arm rest. The convertible top works easily and, as you can see from the pics, has had very little exposure to the sun. Tires are fresh. The passenger-door side mirror and lock are malfunctioning now, but may be fixed prior to the end of the auction depending on schedules. I use it as an occasional driver between the county court houses here in the Shenandoah Valley, so the odometer will change with time. This is a hangar kept, well maintained 380 that does not see winter or rain, and the pics illustrate the lack of rust under the car. It has no known issues other than those described herein. The winning bidder may back out of the deal if upon his inspection of the car, here, before it is shipped or is picked up, the buyer finds that it disappoints. Good luck.
