For sale is my 1973 Land Rover III or 88. I just took it in trade on a hotrod and I have no interest so selling it. This is a very original vehicle, right down to each screw, knob and bolt. Low original mileage, under 40k, runs and drives extremely well, all lights and accessories work. All gauges work and are clear and bright. Starts right up and has a manual choke/idle up pull knob on the steering column (factory) that works so well I wish I could duplicate it for my other classic cars! Has very rare overdrive that works flawlessly allowing for comfortable cruising at 65mph. Hard to find LEFT HAND drive. 4x4 high and low range work perfectly. Never wrecked, never rusted. Body is burnished bare aluminum with 2 coats of clear. 4 cylinder, gas, 4-speed manual. Everything mechanical and electrical works smoothly.. truly amazing. The winch is new and works perfectly and has a remote so you can get it down out of the tree if you have THAT The God's Must Be Crazy moment. It has been garaged for decades and it shows. Even the parking brake works perfectly so you don't repeat what happened in the movie The Gods Must Be Crazy during the OTHER moments! Extremely clean, straight, solid, and original. Extremely hard to find one this nice. Note: Right mirror was loose for photos - there is nothing wrong with it. Serious parties only, may trade for very clean original pre '69 Cadillac or Chevelle or Nova or Camaro, even trade or I can up-trade a bit - I know these cars so please, no tricks. I'm into vintage Cadillacs and GM muscle cars only... I have a clean, blank NY state title for this vehicle. I am not broke, or needing money, so please no lowball offers.
