Up for bid is a mostly original 1974 Honda CT70 K3 (Honda Trail 70). This is an incredibly nice 2368 mile bike that I consider to be in survivor condition. I am the third owner. It was always stored inside and has been cared for very well over the years. This bike is mechanically sound and runs & rides very well. As far as I can tell the only parts to have been changed over the years are as follows: fuel lines, battery, air filter, spark plug and turn signal relay. Otherwise it appears to be as manufactured 43 years ago. The bike starts easily & runs very well. It shifts fine through all 3 gears. It is ready to ride. All lights, turn signals and gauges work as intended. The frame paint is original and in very nice shape. All chrome is in awesome shape too. There are some minor blemishes as expected for a 43 year old bike that has been ridden. The original tires are in good shape with the rear showing a bit of wear. They also show some very slight slight weather checking. The rims have some surface oxidation. I thought about painting them but could not bring myself to do it. The only thing the bike needs as far as I am aware is new front shock covers. They have dried & cracked through. All in all..... this is a extremely nice mostly original bike.
