AS-IS Buyer's responsibility to check on state title laws.This car was purchased with a salvage title in KY, but due to the titling laws in Illinois they would not allow it to be transferred to a rebuilt title, instead when we applied they sent us back a junk certificate. This car has been driven the past year, we put 20k miles on it and it run perfectly. This car was in a flood in South Carolina last year, this car had minimal water in the car from what I understand, it was part of a whole lot of cars that had been in a flood that was considered junk, but this one was did not have any issues. Now we are stuck in some sort of loop hole and cannot get it titled in IL. If I knew of a way fix it, I would keep the car. We are willing to take video of the car so that you can see there is nothing wrong with it. We really hate to see the car go because we love the car, it drives like a dream! Our loss your gain.
