Please read the entire listing completely: Up for auction is a 2007 mini cooper, which has a clear and clean title. The engine wont start. I'm not a mechanic, but I've been told the engine need rebuilt.. Bidders with less than 5 positive feed backs or who have any negative feedback contact me prior to bidding. Otherwise, I reserve the right to cancel your bid. This vehicle being “SOLD AS IS” “WHERE IS” without any guarantees or warranty, either expressed, implied or written. The vehicle will have to be towed from its current location at the buyers’ expense. I will assist with loading the vehicle, but the buyer is responsible for making all necessary arraignments and payments to have vehicle picked up. This vehicle is for sale locally by other advertising sources, I reserve the right to end this listing at any time should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions. $250 deposit via PayPal is due within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
