1989 1.6L NA diesel, tuxedo black. The car is a DIY conversion from gas engine to diesel engine. It has been reliable, economical transportation for the last ten years. But now the 5speed manual transmission has gone out. So this makes it a project car and I suggest using a trailer to transport it to your place. The body is in reasonably good condition. Engine and injection pump work well. Small amount of rust in the corners of the doors and a few other places. Except for the last ten years this car was in Florida since new. Interior is average for this old of a car. Some things don't work. The speedometer quit the same time as the transmission. Odometer quit a long time ago. I have installed an older aftermarket temperature gauge and a car stereo. I have an extra 5 speed transmission that also has a bad 5th gear which will be included. Mileage is a guess; unknown actual. Car is listed locally and it may sell before reaching reserve and I may cancel auction.
