Up for sale 1965 VW Bug Type 1 with a starting bid of 4950 . Car looks and runs great and gets looks wherever it goes. Has been converted to 12V system. Has been garaged for the last 4 years by myself and previous owner. California car with no rust. Fun to drive and could be used as daily driver if needed. On May-20-17 at 09:24:00 PDT, seller added the following information: Had someone who is bidding come look at car and gave me some tips I do not anyone who is bidding to think the car is perfect. It is 52 years old and will need some minor fixes. IE door handle passenger side needs to be replaced and driver side door hard to close completely. It feels like when you are driving that the car has been slightly lowered in the front and does have some damage to the area where the spare tire goes. There is no pan rust and no rust on the heater tubes. If you plan on bidding or have already bid please call me if you have any questions at all. I do not want whover buys it to think that the car was misrepresented in anyway. Thank you.
