This Escalade was purchased from Geico Insurance as a "recovered theft" and comes with a Maryland salvage title. It runs and drives but won't shift out of first gear so it will also needs transmission repair. I have priced used transmissions and they run anywhere from $400-$500 for one with decent mileage. Other than that this Escalade is loaded with all the options and many upgrades. This is the "Luxury Edition" so it's fully loaded with everything including 3rd row leather seating, factory chrome wheels, power everything, sunroof, wood grain dash, premium sound system with in-dash cd changer, factory tow package and much more. Upgrades include $800 in new Ironman All-Terrain tires, Ractive cat-back exhaust, factory running boards, tinted windows, large Alpine flat screen TV with DVD player and chrome billet grille. Don't miss this "mechanics special" at NO RESERVE auction! This Escalade is finished in a black paint with a gray leather interior. Paint and body are in decent condition with normal wear and tear from high miles. Has some minor dings, scratches and paint chips in the paint and body. Biggest paint chip is on the tailgate by the Cadillac emblem as shown in the pictures. Chrome wheels and tires are in great shape. Has $800 in new tires. Interior needs a good detailing. Leather is in good shape with most wear being on the drivers side seat as shown in the pictures. All power options work. Sometimes the drivers side power window doesn't work which I believe is just the switch. It works more times than it doesn't. Has the Alpine fold down flat screen TV DVD entertainment system but it needs to be mounted better to the ceiling. Open the hood and you will find a super clean 6.0L V8 motor. Starts right up and sounds great. No issues with the motor except that the transmission won't shift out of first gear. Drives around in first gear with tons of power! Carfax report shows over 45 dealer service records from Capital Cadillac. Has a couple of service lights lit up on the dash. Mechanically the motor is 100% but the transmission needs repair. Get the transmission fixed and you will have a great Escalade at a great price! Full payment due within 3 days following auction close.
