1 California senior owner. 4x4. Always garaged. Never sat outside at work from 9-5 baking in the sun. He bought this when he was retired. He has OCD and two binders of preventative maintenance just to give you a window into his obsession. He had a 6 month maintenance schedule from front to back. The new car smell is still strong. Always kept in the garage with the windows rolled up. No food, pets, kids, off roading, smoking. Drives like new. Steering wheel feels new in your hand, with full grain to the leather. It does have the 3rd row seating. All original paint. Never any scrapes nor dents or dings on the body. Only one little spot on the bumper, I'll add a picture tomorrow.On May-06-17 at 17:56:13 PDT, seller added the following information: There are 100's of pages of log and maintenance. The original owner didn't have kids nor a wife...the Yukon was his interest. I'm sure no one has ever seen so much attention in keeping a vehicle in tip top condition. It's mind blowing to say the least. Michelin tires have about 75% remaining. The brakes were done recently. He insisted on only using GM delco parts when he could, like the brake parts. The whole vehicle was overly maintained.
