This Rabbit Convertible have a rust free body, the top is in great shape, the tires are good, it starts, runs, and drives. The clutch doesn't slip and it stops well. It should be an easy project. It is a project because: The seats (front and rear) need to be reupholstered or covered. The taillights don't work.The factory AC has been disconnected.There is no radio. Some smoke from an apparent valve cover gasket oil leak.The orange paint looks pretty good, but it was originally a silver car and the paint job the movie producers gave it wasn't masked perfectly in the door jams or under the hood. Looks good from the outside. Unknown miles. It's a good car that will be a really fun summer toy but needs a few odds and ends. Movie producers? Oh yeah, the car was used briefly in two scenes in the movie Rock of Ages with Tom Cruise and Catherine Zeta Jones and Alec Baldwin and Mary J Blige. Ask any questions before bidding.
