1969 Dodge Trademan A100 Van ultra rare Read E Kamp Inc conversion w/ factory V8 and AC LOW Realistic reserve !! We want to sell vehicles, not sit on them FOR 3 MONTHS. AZ TITLE IN HAND Have something NO ONE else in your city will see at the next car show or event ! We suggest viewing our auction on normal large monitors and or tablet to get the most out of our large easy to view pics. Desert Survivor being sold by a very legit Ebay seller If you have any concerns about our vehicle, please ask or dont bid on it. Dont wait till after you win and then make up stuff on wondering if we are real or not. FEEDBACK !!! if you cant take 10 min to read thru our feedback on the cars we have sold here over the last 10 yrs, then you also shouldnt be bidding on our auctions. Ebay offers our Feedback rating for a reason,... try trusting it. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The is a lovely example of a Dodge Van A100 conversion thats been in Az pretty much its whole life. It took Arizona and mother nature 53 yrs to get this patina look that is getting more popular by the day. Everyone can have a nicely restored whatever, but drive something like this to the next car event or show and the crowd will navigate your way right away. Paint looks to be original with no rust or rot anywhere. Some damage to the front and rear, but still a super solid vehicel worth restoring. Its been off the road for many yrs. Factory 318 2v motor with an auto and AC. The wiring could use some sorting out and the motor hasnt been fired up for several yrs but its not locked up or anything. The last owner had alot of the engine bay panels and misc pieces black powder coated (or painted) starting a restoration. He said the motor was fine, but he was getting ready to pull it out to freshen it up and detail it. This is as far as he got before he passed away. RED-E-KAMP INC in CA did these conversions back in the late 60s and 90 % of the original parts and hardware are still intact with the vehicle, even the REALISTIC speaker ! haha The aprox 70k miles could be original, could be more, not sure. DONT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE THE FUNDS IN HAND, apparently some people who use ebay arent smart enough to understand the rules. So if you have under 10 feedbacks, Ill be emailing you if you bid to make sure you are legit, if we do please reply or we will cancel your bid. Up for Auction: LOW FAIR RESERVE !!! These cars are getting harder to find esp in this condition that are still affordable to most buyers. DRIVETRAIN: factory V8 mostly there, but missing is the radiator from what I can see. 727 Trans and rearend there and original. We wired it so we could crank it over a few times with no issues, but had no spark, so we left if from there. The Van has underdash AC and PS too. I think it should be restored to factory, but some may want to restomod it a little with a more modern drivetrain. INTERIOR: take a look at the pics, the interior of this car is pretty well worn out and probably the first thing you would want to repair. Restore the interior and take care of all the mechanics and drive it that way ! The floors are very solid, and the interior is very complete, but pretty much needs everthing redone vinyl, plastic related. Most all the glass is good. The split front windshield is cool, flat glass thur out. Chip on one side of the front screen. Some of the side vents are missing a few panels of glass too, but they are all original crank out style vents. Double forward facing seats fold down into beds of sorts with a walkway between them. Lots of storage underneath too. Original fridge and sink are pretty cool with more storage up front. Also comes with free standing table and functional jump seat and pop up table. All the chrome etc inside is in really nice shape...dirty, but not hammered or missing. Yes, the wood is very try and showing its age. Good time to upgrade to something nicer maybe,.. or go original :) Out of the car is the fuel tank and a few other things that all look to have been powdercoated and or painted started during the resto. EXTERIOR: the body pretty straight for its age, but this is a 90% rot FREE AZ desert survivor. LOTS of Az Patina and surface rust, yes. Windows roll up and down, doors work fine too. Actual rot is almost non existent on the body.Check out the pics ! Leave the body and paint the way it is, polish the trim up and fix the rest! Still has the original front and rear bumpers too (bent, but there ) The front and rear have damage, but nothing today that cant be fixed by a proper shop. SUSPENSION: the suspension looks normal from what I can see .. but old. It Im sure will need some work soon like bushings etc. Car rolls and steers and and the brakes work too. Tires are toast, and I think we have a few extra stock original steel wheels that come with the vehicle. No rust under the car, making taking this car apart, almost a breeze !! Check out ALL the pics below -----> it may take a full minute for them all to load if you have a slow connection, so be patient AND looks for the extra scroll bar on the right side. Az gets maybe 12" a yr of rain and Az very dry climate. more info AFTER the pics etc. There are 100 large pics. There you have it, probably The BEST represented Vans on Ebay. Shows you all the good as well as any bad, hope you appreciate them. We put a lot of time and effort in marketing our cars and it shows. People wait months for a car this solid to come up for sale and even if you have to pay shipping to your area, it still beats paying a body shop to hopefully fix a rusty car for weeks on end. Having as much as the original steel on a restored car these days speaks volumes. Also, if you buy a car thats been "restored", who knows what sort of surprises are hidden under new paint or thick undercoating. People are flipping cars all the time when most of the jobs are fast, for a quick buck and quality suffers. Email us with ANY questions before you bid please Our Impeccable FEEDBACK speaks for itself. We show you as much feasibly possible via pics. Dont let auctions with little to no pics try to fool you. If they cant take the time to take pics of areas under the car they are selling, maybe its not the best car to buy long distance. With other auctions, you really dont know what to expect until you take the car apart. While we go over our cars ALL OVER with great pics to help making your decision easier. Along with ANY other questions you may have. Email me for a quote for shipping. ARIZONA TITLE IN HAND Keep in mind, this is not a restored car !! SHIPS AS AN INOP of course. ..but rolls and steers !
