We purchased this in 2011 and it had 105,000 miles. Since then it has been driven very rarely and the miles we added were all highway miles. When our son turned 16 (which was very recently) we gave him this Excursion for his first car after having it completely detailed and replacing the stabilizers on the front end along with all associated parts. (Roughly $3500.00) Oil was changed every 3000 miles. Truck is very solid and in great condition. Our son would prefer a smaller car? This will make someone a VERY nice SUV! I would feel 100% comfortable driving it anywhere coast to coast.
