My feedback score has dropped from 100% because of a malicious retaliation by a buyer who refused to pay my dealer processing fee but didn't want to cancel the sale either. I reported the buyer to ebay for leaving malicious feedback but ebay didn't remove it, it is well known if you are a seller on ebay that ebay does not protect sellers against manipulative buyer practices. I am including this statement to explain my recently diminished feedback rating. Please read the full listing including terms and conditions at the end before bidding. Offered at no reserve is 2006 BMW 525 XI in good condition. Title is clear but shows non actual miles. Mileage was likely recorded incorrectly at a previous title transfer but the current mileage reads 131660 miles. Title for this car will be delivered to buyer by fedex within 6 days of cleared payment. It's on a dealer floorplan so this slight delay is normal for floorplanned vehicles. Vehicle will need to be trailered due to brakes and tires. There is no current state inspection on this car. Vehicle will be delivered from Fredericksburg, VA as it is stored at a dealer auction. This is a short ebay auction to move the vehicle, prompt payment is required. Pictures were taken today post snow storm so sorry about the ice. I have included a couple of older pictures as well. Car runs and drives but has some issues with suspension and brakes. The Dynamic Drive Malfunction light is on, brake warning lights are on so that just means it needs new brake pads. Passenger Airbag malfunction light is on, there are some cheap bypass fixes available on ebay as the passenger airbag is a common issue on these cars. Aside from that a few tail light bulbs need replaced, about 8 or 10 dollars for all of those. Needs two tires replaced and the spare wheel is missing (about 50 dollars for a used bmw wheel on craigslist, easy enough to find). Interior is in decent shape, the slide out cupholders are missing the plastic faces (about 75 dollars for both cupholders used on ebay was the best price I found). Steering wheel has a tear (50 to 75 dollars for a used steering wheel or just use a steering cover). Main issue is the dynamic drive malfunction and since I wasn't willing to fix that I didn't fix all the minor and more straight forward issues. Cosmetically it's in average condition, has a few scratches, dings, scuffs etc on wheels and bumpers. Due to the brake pads being worn and two tires needing replacement it can't be driven safely on the road. The dynamic drive malfunction reduces cornering and handling ability but once the brakes and tires are addressed it can be safely driven. Offered at no reserve, high bidder wins.
