I have this 78 dodge Macho powerwagon that has seen better days. This truck was a Macho edition power wagon that has been molested pretty bad over the years. It came from Alabama and does not have a title but there are ways to acquire one. Someone has painted over the original paint and graphics and looks terrible. It is missing the roll bar, original tailgate, bucket seats and wagon wheels. The tag is missing from the core support but I did find the factory etched PX9 in the core support behind the grille. The truck is a 318 a/c truck but most of the a/c parts under the hood are gone. Has tilt steering but plastic piece on top near selector is busted slightly but will work. Truck has a a super nice top half to the cab but the floors are bad yet the rockers are ok. The bed is salvageable but needs panel repair as well. The core support is salvageable. I put a new distributor, coil, plug wires, starter, ignition and a few freeze plugs in it to get it fired up and running for a bit as it sat for several years. I put a set of gauges in it to monitor temp and oil pressure but seems like the oil pressure is low. The front axle is not original as it has a 6 lug Dana 44 but I have another correct front axle that can go with the truck. Interior is rough, the dash and glove box are cracked. It has a non matching bench seat in it for now. Overall this truck is rough I know but it was originally a Macho which are getting harder to find these days. Yes you can make a replica but this one was real. With the Vin tag still on the door and if someone acquired the title for it then you would have the title for a real Macho and maybe even use a better quality truck to build one and use this one for parts. I don't have the heart to part it out myself because I thought maybe someone is out there looking for one of these. It has plebty of usable parts on it and I also have lots of parts for these year trucks so the winning buyer can be welcome to make extra purchases of parts while here picking it up if desired. The buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle and will need to be towed or trailered as it is not at all drive worthy. I will allow 2 weeks to be picked up unless other arrangements are made. The deposit is non-refundable if nobody makes contact after the winning bid or doesn't show within the arranged time span to pick the truck up. AGAIN, THERE IS NO TITLE WITH THIS TRUCK!
