My feedback score has dropped from 100% because of a malicious retaliation by a buyer who refused to pay my dealer processing fee but didn't want to cancel the sale either. I reported the buyer to ebay for leaving malicious feedback but ebay didn't remove it, it is well known if you are a seller on ebay that ebay does not protect sellers against manipulative buyer practices. I am including this statement to explain my recently diminished feedback rating. Please read the full listing including terms and conditions at the end before bidding. All non paying bidders will be reported to ebay, there is plenty of time to retract a bid prior to the auction ending and I am a high volume seller, I do not get my fees back when a bidder bids on my auctions with no intention to buy. Thanks. For auction at no reserve is a 2004 BMW 325 CI Manual (5spd) Coupe with only 86755 miles. Engine and gearbox are strong given the low mileage and interior is in very good condition. There was an error in recording mileage the last time it was titled so the current title reads 101k miles but the odometer shows 86755 miles. I am confident that correct mileage is 86755 due to the overall condition of the vehicle. The miles will be recorded as 'non actual' on title at time of sale. It does need a few things fixed. Brake and ABS lights are on. New brake pads and rotors were installed recently on all 4 wheels but the lights are on due to one ABS sensor (Right rear, 50 dollar part). The mechanic who installed the brake pads and rotors checked and verified that it was the one ABS sensor that was causing the lights. Check engine light is on due to a minor vacuum leak even though the car runs great. It is a lean AF mixture code and the mechanic said it's a vacuum leak that would need to be traced with a smoke machine test. This does not affect the way it drives at all. I have put about 2800 miles on the car after changing the oil, filter and the brake work, no issues. Sunroof motor is burned out so sunroof won't open and sunshade is off it's tracks. Driver's door is dented but another door is included in the sale (will need repainted as it's a different color, see picture. Spare door has some damage on the inside of it but this would be covered by the door trim panel once installed). The damage to the door is just to the skin. Rear bumper has some scuffs and a small hole, and the bumper ends stick out due to broken tabs Front bumper has one broken tab on passenger side so it sticks out a little at the end. One ding under driver's side taillight, one scratch on passenger door. Aside from these cosmetic issues its in good condition, just the normal nicks and scratches one would expect, wheels have some curb rash. Definitely worth fixing the driver's door skin and rear bumper, brake sensor etc as it's a strong low mileage manual E46 coupe that has plenty of potential. Very clean undercarriage, no rust issues.
