Rare Crossfire SRT-6 roadster (convertible) with only 64,000 California miles. Only 1321 of these cars were ever produced. They are the result of the short lived union of Mercedes and Chrysler making them even more valuable. The Crossfire is an SLK320 drivetrain under a Chrysler body. Great lines and great performance. These cars were built at the Karmann factory in Osnabrück, Germany. The SRT version of the Crossfire is the AMG version of the SLK320. It boasts a hand built AMG inter-cooled supercharged 3.2L V6. These cars sold for over $50,000 when they were new, and they are becoming increasingly hard to find. They all came with a 5 speed automatic 5G-Tronic shiftable transmission. The convertible top is in good shape. It is electric and retracts into the space between the trunk and drivers cockpit. Unlike the SLK, the Crossfire has a soft top not a hard shell. The trunk is small - golf clubs will not fit. Exterior is in good condition. The car sports the original factory rims which compliment the car well. As might be expected, there are a few chips on the hood/front of the car. Interior is also in good condition, like new, 8-Way Power Driver & 4-Way Power Passenger Alcantara Suede Leather Bucket Seats! Normal wear from getting in and out on the driver side far left seat bolster. A new blue tooth compatible radio was recently installed. This works great with the 6 speaker sound system. A lighted wind deflector reduces top down driving noise and buffetting. Built in radar detector. Included in the sale is the original factory Crossfire SRT6 manual along with three remote key fobs.
