1976 VW Westfalia Camper Bus For Sale: Up for sale is our weekend warrior 1976 Volkswagen Westfalia Camper Bus. This VW Bus was originally driven over from San Diego, CA when purchased new in 76 and then made it way east to NC. This is a solid bus all the way around. This Westy Camper Bus is all original which I preferred and was always adult owned and cared for. Original engine was rebuilt 5 years ago and she runs like a top! 4 speed manual transmission, runs great! Recent service includes: brand new Weber Carb kit fine tuned 11/16, all 4 new tires to spec 11/16, new ignition switch 12/16, brake service 10/16, new exhaust/muffler system 11/16, new fuel pump/fuel lines 11/16, new new spark plugs and wires 12/16, new distributor, points, and cap 12/16, oil/filter change and fuel filter 12/16. Features original fold down bed/seat, original fiberglass pop top and canvas, fully operational 2 stove burner, sink, kitchen cabinets/drawers, original green carpet clean and holding up very well, original rear bug screen, power outlet, overhead lighting, closest space/storage bins, and ice chest/storage. The original radio/tape player was acting up so I had professional installed a new Pioneer Radio/CD player. All original plaid seats in amazing condition with decent padding remaining which is rare for a van of this age. Recently repainted factory colorway sage green and looks stellar! A great gas saver and plenty of space inside and very clean. Clean, clear NC title in hand and ready for transfer.
