One of the most complete police Crown Victoria interceptors P71 I have ever seen this car still has the floor mounted button to push in order to shift the vehicle out of park, siren, strobes were left intact and disconnected. I removed the rear strobes by the third brake light and out of the headlights to pass VA state inspection. I will include these for the next buyer if you want to do a security service etc. This came out of a small county police department in Virginia. I have owned this car for over 3 years and has been very reliable, runs drives good/strong. Cold A/C, warm heat. I've taken it on long trips and the car commands attention everyone gets out of your way! Haha The car is very reliable starts right up every time. I've taken well care of the car and did a lot of high dollar service to it. Very low idle hours only 1687. You won't find a better low mileage Crown Victoria for such a low cheap money anywhere!! The Good: always only synthetic oil even by the Sheriff's office and me. I was able to get the fleet service records for the car and it was well maintained. I replaced the intake manifold gaskets, spark plugs, coils, pcv valve, radiator hose, fuel filter/air filter OEM Ford parts. replace battery with interstate new battery last year, fix air bag light code, passenger side seat fault fixed. Replaced the blower control module for a/c heater a high dollar fix! The bad: a couple wheels bent was like that when I bought the car didn't really bother me. Every used Crown Vic has bent wheels part of them being used as police vehicles. typical paint peeling, dings, dents, scratches from use as a police vehicle. engine light on needs left cat my mechanic said not to bother the guts will blow out of it eventually doesn't affect cars performance. A $150 part on here if you have emissions testing. needs a master window switch the window switch sticks on the drivers front window was like this when I bought the car you have to play with it. right rear seat belt needs replace the buckle came off. A cheap part on here to get. This has been a great car for us always reliable owned it many years just time to sell is a third vehicle. This would be a great car for a police car collector as a lot of the original equipment is disconnected and still on it. A good service vehicle or a daily driver with some repairs.
