Should you require additional paperwork, it is your due diligence as the buyer to contact the DMV and acquire all necessary documents. If sale is not completed, I will file a Non Paying bidder alert and seek litigation if needed. I retain the right to refuse bids from ebay buyers with substantial negative history or limited/no history. Winning bidder must contact me with 24 hours of auction close to inform me as to how sale will be completed. Transaction must be completed within 3 days of auction close unless otherwise discussed and item will be returned to the auction block.
